Clinical Psychology Assessments
for ADHD or Autism in teenager and adults

Dublin Mind Clinic proudly offers Online or
Face-to-face Clinical Psychology Diagnostic Assessments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Autism in teenagers and adults.
A necessary Initial Clinical Psychology Consultation is required for intake and triage.
This Consultation is also helpful if you are unsure whether you or your teenager need a full Psychological Assessment.
What you get:
This Consultation is led by our Psychology Expert.
It may include discussion about developmental history, diagnostic interview, screening tools, informally-based assessments, and detailed recommendations, as appropriate.
You may find details to the full Psychological Assessment further below.
If further assessment is needed, this will be discussed during this Consultation, and the fee for this Consultation (€150) will be discounted from your full Psychological Assessment.
This package includes:

4 consultations of 1 to 1 and ½ hours duration each. These may include discussion about developmental history, diagnostic interview, screening tools, assessments, and detailed recommendations, as appropriate.

Clinical Psychology Report, including Clinical Interpretations and Feedback regarding the client’s profile of strengths and experiences in relation to the outcome of their Psychological Assessment’s Results, and detailed Recommendations for the client and the professionals involved in their Educational and Healthcare Systems.

If a Cognitive Assessment is viewed by the Clinician as necessary an extra €400 will be added to the original price. This decision will depend on the understanding of the Clinician and communicated to the client.

PLEASE NOTE: Since our professionals involved in this service are Psychologists and not Medical Practitioners, we will not be able to prescribe or advise on psychiatric medication for you or your child/adolescent.

4 to 6 consultations of 1 to 1 and ½ hours duration each. These may include discussion about developmental history, diagnostic interview, screening tools, assessments, and detailed recommendations, as appropriate.

1st Consultation: Psychological Intake Interview with the teenager and their caregivers regarding their background history, screening, and assessment questionnaires.

2nd Consultation: Cognitive assessment.

3rd Consultation: Cognitive assessment (cont.).

4th Consultation: First clinical Interview and clinical assessment with the teenager regarding their perspective and understanding about their interaction with their revolving world and life.

5th Consultation: Second clinical Interview and clinical assessment with the teenager regarding their perspective and understanding about their interaction with their revolving world and life.

6th Consultation: Feedback and Discussion about the Psychological Assessment’s Results and Report, and Clinical Interpretations and Recommendations, with the teenager and their caregivers.

It might be necessary to have a school observation of the teenager by the Clinician; however, this decision will depend on the understanding of the Clinician during the first consultation

Clinical Psychology Report, including Clinical Interpretations and Feedback regarding the teenager’s profile of strengths and experiences in relation to the outcome of their Psychological Assessment’s Results, and detailed Recommendations for the teenager, their family, and the professionals involved in their Educational and Healthcare Systems.
